The Evolution of a Group

On January 10, 1991, Righi Elettroservizi S.p.A. was founded, the first company of the group, established by Mauro Righi together with Valentina Righi, Aldo Righi, and Emiliano Negosanti. This marked the starting point for a journey of growth, innovation, and leadership in the industrial automation sector.

With the rising focus on renewable energies, the Righi Energy brand was established, which quickly ranked among the top ten companies nationwide in the sector, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and energy innovation.

In 2008, we expanded the Mercato Saraceno production facility, doubling the space to 18,000 sqm of open area and 11,000 sqm of covered area. A strategic step to support business growth and innovation.

Investments in advanced technologies enhanced our design, automated production, and Industry 4.0 integration capabilities, further strengthening our leadership in innovation.
A new Bologna office was opened, dedicated to technical teams, supporting growth and the development of cutting-edge solutions.

Our Competence Center was inaugurated — an 800 sqm facility entirely dedicated to Research & Development (R&D) for software solutions. This milestone strengthened our commitment to technological innovation and the digitalization of industrial processes.

We initiated the expansion plan for the headquarters and set up a fully automated Autostore warehouse, optimizing logistics management to make our processes even more efficient and innovative.

A new site was inaugurated in Ardenno (SO) in the Valtellina region, further strengthening our territorial presence.

We opened our share capital to include F&P Equity Partners as new shareholders of Righi Elettroservizi S.p.A., supporting our continuous expansion and innovation.

We continued to expand our ecosystem of expertise with the acquisition of Sei Sistemi S.r.l. and Viganelli Engineering S.r.l., reinforcing our presence in the industrial automation and technological engineering sectors.

From the merger of Righi Elettroservizi, Sei Sistemi, and Viganelli Engineering, Righi Solutions was born — a new brand that combines the expertise and innovation of these companies, offering increasingly comprehensive and advanced solutions in the field of industrial automation and advanced technologies.
