Integrated solution for the efficient and safe management of a nitrogen production plant, with redundant architecture and DCS communication.
Righi developed a complete automation solution for a nitrogen generation plant for an important company in the Oil & Gas sector. The system, consisting of compressors, dryers and generators, was managed through the design and implementation of control panels and software for each skid. The heart of the system is a general control panel that coordinates two compressors, two dryers and two generators in an integrated manner, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and operational reliability.
To complete the solution, Righi created an intuitive operator interface (HMI) and implemented a Modbus communication system for integration with the plant DCS, ensuring full interoperability and centralised supervision.
