Role:
The Energy Project Manager is responsible for the integrated management of orders for photovoltaic systems, energy efficiency solutions and industrial electrical systems. He or she coordinates all project and operational phases, ensuring compliance with technical standards, applicable regulations and, above all, strict control of economic margins, time and quality of execution.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage complex orders concerning photovoltaic installations, industrial electrical installations and energy efficiency interventions.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise the work of designers, suppliers, installers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with technical and contractual specifications.
- Continuously monitor and control project costs and economic margins, identifying deviations at an early stage and implementing corrective actions to ensure profitability.
- Support the definition of the technical and economic offer, contributing to the analysis of risks and opportunities to maximise the value of the orders.
- Interfacing with customers, regulators and stakeholders to manage authorisations, regulatory compliance and specific technical requests.
- Ensure regulatory compliance according to CEI, IEC, ISO 50001 and applicable environmental and safety regulations.
- Manage technical, administrative and economic reporting, ensuring transparency and traceability of project activities.
- Coordinate the supply chain, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimise quality, cost and time.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and technological innovation with a view to sustainability and energy optimisation.
Competences and soft skills required
- In-depth knowledge of electrical installations, energy technology and energy efficiency.
- Familiarity with the technical standards of the sector (CEI, ISO).
- Skills in strategic resource planning and management.
- Leadership and systemic vision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing strategic relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Problem solving and decision making oriented towards data analysis.
