For a customer operating in the management of non-hazardous urban waste, Righi designed and realised the electrical and automation system of the landfill, including the supply of a MV/LV energy transformer, power switchboards and advanced control systems. The project also included the implementation of integrated monitoring systems to ensure high safety standards and guarantee the continuous operational efficiency of the entire facility.
Challenge
Managing a complex plant in a highly sensitive environment, ensuring high standards of functional and operational safety, full compliance with current European regulations, in particular waste directives, and optimisation of the disposal process. Particular attention was paid to energy efficiency and continuous monitoring through automated control and supervision systems.
