For the Standiana drinking water plant located in Ravenna, Righi was responsible for the electrical design and the supply of LV Power Centre and MCC switchboards with pull-out drawers to control and manage the integrated automation of the entire system.
Fed by water from the Emiliano Romagnolo Canal, the plant has a maximum capacity of 1,100 litres per second, representing one of the most modern facilities in the European panorama for the treatment of water intended for human consumption.

Challenge

The need was to enhance the drinking water supply for the Ravenna area while ensuring high quality and safety standards. The challenge was to integrate advanced technologies into a complex plant, complying with CEI and ISO standards, and ensuring optimal energy efficiency.
