Between 2018 and 2019 was implemented the new “Industry 4.0” area, with the aim to create the “Integrated Factory” of Righi Elettroservizi SpA. The new department is based on the integration between the engineering activity, the production machines and the ERP system.
The project which have created the new Industry 4.0 area has been co-financed by European Regional Development Fund for € 150,000.00.
The new department was developed according the Lean Manufacturing logics and is oriented to the production of customized processing of the hardware components of the swithboard: carpentry, plate, wire cut and component pre-assembly (PLC, inverter etc…)
The industrial production machineries installed in the new area are on line with the best practice of the market. These are: Perforex by Rittal (CNC Work Area), Secarex by Rittal and Komax.

Le macchine produttive sono inoltre connesse con i software EPlan per la progettazione 3D di quadri elettrici e loro cablaggio e il software ERP Business Net per la pianificazione e il controllo di produzione.
The production machinery are connected with Eplan software for the 3d design and production of the switchboard and ERP Business net Software for the planning and production control. The added value of adopting CNC Machine, in addition to the implementation of the production tecniques, was the complete review of the production process.
The result was the reduction of production time and cost and the quality increase of the final product.
Thanks to the new “Industry 4.0” area the client satisfaction has increased.
