The project involved a multidisciplinary approach that included:

  • the detailed engineering design of the entire plant system;
  • the development of real-time control and monitoring software, enabling continuous supervision and optimized process management;
  • the supply of electrical panels for power distribution and system automation;
  • the construction of electrical infrastructure supporting refrigeration systems, distribution lines, handling systems, and utilities—ensuring full operational support for the production cycle.

Challenge

The client needed to optimize the entire frozen product handling processaiming to increase production efficiency, reduce processing times, and ensure full traceability of each product batch. The main challenges included:

  • Minimizing loading and transfer times between cold storage units and packaging lines;
  • Integrating an automated traceability system capable of tracking each batch throughout all process stages—from intake to final dispatch;
  • Ensuring operational continuity and synchronization across multiple automated lines, while enhancing real-time visibility and control over production flows;

Eliminating bottlenecks at critical points in the process, avoiding accumulation and optimizing the use of plant resources.
