Advanced energy monitoring and asset management solution based on Siemens PLC and MindSphere cloud platform
Righi implemented an automation system focused on plant energy supervision.
The project included:
- Collection and processing of energy data (consumption and production) via Siemens PLC systems and data loggers;
- Integration of energy sources (photovoltaic, cogeneration) with production plants and supervision systems;
- Data storage and analysis on cloud platform (Siemens MindSphere);
- Creation of a web application for real-time consultation of energy reports and alerts;
- Scheduled maintenance based on predictive data;
