Righi managed each phase of the project, guaranteeing quality and operational continuity:

  • Technical-economic feasibility study, with analysis of the structures and integration possibilities;
  • Producibility study, with detailed simulations to estimate the expected energy and optimise the configuration;
  • Executive design of the plant, complete with electrical and mechanical layout, according to the CEI and technical regulations in force;
  • Work management at all site phases, coordinating activities with precision and safety;
  • Installation of the photovoltaic system on the roof;
  • Testing and commissioning of the system, with verification of functional and performance conformity;
  • Drafting of a maintenance and assistance contract, agreed with the customer to guarantee operational continuity, timely interventions and monitoring of performance over time.

Challenge

The customer needed to reduce the energy demand from the grid and to enhance the roof area of the industrial plant by installing a high-power photovoltaic system. The aim was to achieve significant energy autonomy while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

Results / Benefits achieved by the customer

  • Fully operational 984 kWp photovoltaic system integrated with the plant’s electrical infrastructure;
  • Significant reduction in consumption from the grid and greater energy independence for the production site;
  • Continuous post-installation support, with scheduled service contract and long-term performance monitoring.

Estimated production of approx. 1,150,000 kWh/year with savings of approx. 700,000 kWh in the bill.
