Revamping photovoltaic system and switchboards
Upgrading of existing photovoltaic system and installation of a new 310.2 kWp system, revamping of electrical switchboards related to refrigeration systems.
For this project, Righi took care of the complete redevelopment of an existing photovoltaic system and the replacement of the switchboards dedicated to industrial refrigeration systems, offering an integrated, high-tech solution.
The activities performed included:
- Upgrading of the existing photovoltaic system through technical and functional verification of the existing modules, support structures and inverters. Replacement of non-compliant components and implementation of a centralised monitoring system for the supervision of energy production in real time;
- Installation of a new 310.20 kWp photovoltaic system with high energy efficiency, including commissioning, connection to the electricity grid, and performance of authorisation and bureaucratic procedures;
- Revamping and new supply of electrical switchboards serving the refrigeration systems: including their design and construction, installation and commissioning.
Challenge
The customer needed to modernise the infrastructure, while improving the overall energy efficiency of the plant and ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance.
Results / Benefits achieved by the customer
Optimisation of the plant’s energy performance with consequent reduction of direct consumption from the grid thanks to the use of energy produced by the new plant.
Significant acceleration of processing times ensuring greater efficiency and business continuity.
