Challenge
The customer, operating in the industrial food sector, needed to automate the entire croissant production process to increase operational efficiency, ensure real-time batch traceability and manage all production steps in a centralised and connected manner.
The main challenge was to integrate heterogeneous systems into a single automated infrastructure, while ensuring process reliability, continuous data collection and remote control of the plant, while complying with food safety and hygiene regulations.
