Functionalities

The platform allows you to:

  • Manage extraordinary interventions through the automatic generation of on-demand service tickets, reporting anomalies or requests for intervention in real time;
  • Digitise and automate the entire intervention management cycle: from the intelligent planning of routine, scheduled and preventive maintenance (based on contracts with various maintenance providers and data collected from the field via PLCs, SCADA and integrated systems) to the automatic generation of scheduled tickets, eliminating inefficiencies and reducing the risk of missed interventions;
  • Archive and consult the updated documentation on the modifications carried out on the installation;
  • Consult technical documentation (declarations of conformity, switchboard or system diagrams, etc.) within the app’s dedicated section or by scanning the QR Code in the field;
  • Integrate plant and building documentation (including those not installed by Righi) by assigning a unique QR Code to each machine for quick consultation;
  • Completely and continuously track the intervention reports carried out and consult past tickets;
