Energy Management System (ERA)
ERA is the system designed by Righi with the function of an Energy Management System integrated with Smart Grid management.
Features
ERA is an advanced suite of solutions developed by Righi for the intelligent monitoring and management of real-time energy consumption, designed to meet the needs of industrial and commercial environments. The platform includes three scalable versions: ERA Light, ERA, and ERA Pro, each offering specific functionalities to improve energy efficiency and energy flow analysis.
ERA Light
ERA Light is a system designed for real-time monitoring of energy consumption in industrial and commercial settings, accessible anywhere and at any time.
Key Features:
- Real-time Dashboard – KPIs for all facilities and individual production sites;
- Energy Flow Monitoring – energy generated, drawn from the grid, self-
consumed, and fed into the grid; - Plant Analysis – pages dedicated to renewable energy production plants with graphs, tables, and the status of inverters and PLCs, with a configurable analysis period;
- Digital Twin Basic – comparison of actual and theoretical performance of photovoltaic systems, with automatic anomaly detection;

ERA Pro is an advanced energy management system with integrated smart grid capabilities designed to monitor and analyze all energy flows (generation, storage, and consumption) in real time at the plant, process, and building levels.

- Real-time dashboard – KPIs for all plants and individual production sites;
- Energy carrier consumption monitoring – including energy produced, drawn, self-consumed, fed into the grid, and transferred to/from storage
- System analysis – layouts, graphs, and tables on inverter and PLC status, with configurable graphs by time period and flow type;
- Digital Twin Basic – comparison of actual and theoretical performance of PV systems, with automatic anomaly detection;
- Storage Management – intelligent charging and discharging, with analysis by F1/F2/F3 time bands;
- Consumption Analysis – dedicated pages for processes (Sankey diagrams) and buildings;
