Energy Management System (ERA)
ERA is the system designed by Righi with the function of an Energy Management System integrated with Smart Grid management.
Features
ERA is an advanced suite of solutions developed by Righi for the intelligent monitoring and management of real-time energy consumption, designed to meet the needs of industrial and commercial environments. The platform includes three scalable versions: ERA Light, ERA, and ERA Pro, each offering specific functionalities to improve energy efficiency and energy flow analysis.
ERA Light
ERA Light is the new system developed by Righi, designed to monitor consumption in industrial and commercial environments in real time, accessible anywhere, anytime.
- Visualise the KPIs of all plants and individual production sites in real time;
- Display energy flows such as: total/total flows of energy produced, energy taken from the grid, self-consumed energy fed in;
- Display energy flow graphs, with the possibility of setting the data analysis period;
- Consult the pages dedicated to renewable energy production plants with graphs and tables on the status of inverters and PLCs;
- Digital Twin Basic for photovoltaic plants comparing real performance with theoretical performance, viewing any anomalies detected by the significant deviation in performance;
- Integration of pages dedicated to CCIs (if present);
ERA

- Visualise punctual energy flows such as: energy produced, energy withdrawn, energy to and from storage, energy fed into the grid, etc..;
- Display energy flow graphs, with the possibility of setting the analysis period;
- View pages dedicated to energy production plants with graphs and tables on the status of inverters and PLCs;
- Digital Twin Basic for photovoltaic plants comparing actual performance with theoretical performance, viewing any anomalies detected by the significant deviation in performance;
- Integration of pages dedicated to CCIs (if present);
- Displaying energy flows in F1, F2, F3;
- View the page dedicated to charge and discharge storage management with intelligent management;
ERA Pro
ERA PRO is the system designed by Righi with an integrated Energy Management System function with extended Smart Grid management, to monitor and analyse flows including energy production systems, storage and point consumption of process stages and buildings.
The platform allows you to:
- real-time visualisation of the KPIs of all plants and six individual production sites;
- visualisation of punctual energy flows (punctual flows of energy produced, flows of energy withdrawn, flows of self-consumed energy withdrawn from energy produced or from the grid or from storage, flows of energy fed into the grid, flows of energy to and from storage)
- display of energy flow graphs, with the possibility of setting the period and type of flow to be analysed;
- pages dedicated to energy production plants with plant layout, graphs and tables relating to inverter and plc status;
- Digital Twin Basic for energy production plants from renewable sources (ftv) where actual performance can be compared with the theoretical performance of the plant and anomalies due to significant performance deviations can be viewed;
- integration with dedicated pages (if CCI is present);
- display of energy flows in F1, F2, F3 bands;
- dedicated page for charge and discharge storage management with intelligent management;
- generation of functional reports for Industry 5.0 or for internal use or for PNRR calls;
- dedicated process page with Sankey diagrams and consumption analysis;
- dedicated building page with consumption analysis;
